Like Father, Like Son

Chad loves ice cream so naturally one would think Cayden would love ice cream as well. Rather than tell you, I'll let you decide whether or not you think Cayden loves ice cream...

Exhibit A

Exhibit B
Based on the presented evidence, I believe one can easily and safely conclude that Cayden does in fact love ice cream. Oh how he loves it!

Eggs & Tanning

Working on his tan. :)

"Mom... leave me alone!" By the way, look at all that chub! Love it!

I love the little snarl he has going on here.

Playing at the Park

Chad didn't have school or work yesterday (shocker!) and it was really nice out (the morning/early afternoon was anyway) so we went to the park. Cayden is still a little young to play at the park, but he seemed to enjoy the swing a lot and as for the slide, well, we're still a little undecided on that one. :) I can't wait for summer to get here so that we can go to the park and play!

Love this face! Too bad the little girl behind him got in the picture.

I promise that this is a happy face. He really was enjoying it!

"Hi mom!"

It's Alive!

My laundry basket has been scooting around my floor all morning...

...I don't think he minds it one bit. :) Love this little boy!

Semi-Mobile

Cayden is so proud of himself and his scooting ability. It won't be too long before he is crawling all over! Here's my little man in action...

Sidenote: Cayden figured out how to open the cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom. Apparently it's time to baby proof.

And here's a sneak peak... of something. Can you tell me what it is?

Aprons!

For Christmas I wanted an apron (call me weird, but that's what I wanted). My mother-in-law ended up getting me a pattern as well as some ridiculously cute fabric to make an apron. That fabric sat around my house for two months taunting me. (See, I really love sewing. Really. But I absolutely hate cutting out the fabric. I hate it so much that while I really wanted to sew the aprons I didn't do it because I had to start by cutting out the fabric.) Just over two months later I finally finished both of the aprons and I love them! Which is your favorite?

Catch-Up

So I have some really cute videos of Cayden, one of him scooting across the floor and the other of him crying while eating (this shouldn't be funny, but really is), but I'm having a hard time getting them to upload on here. I guess you won't get to see them. Sad day. However, I do have a handful of really cute pictures that we have taken over the past little while. Grandma, I hope you enjoy them. :)

If you click on this picture and make it really big you can see the drool falling from Cayden's mouth. Lol!

Cayden has started making the funniest faces and he seems to come up with new ones all the time! (These pictures have captured several of them. I'm laughing just uploading them!) Cayden is also working on six new teeth which means he definitely has some very grumpy moments.

P.S. Cayden is turning into a vampire.
